# Accessibility statement

## Current state of accessibility

The website [apartments-villach.at](https://apartments-villach.at/en) is accessible in line with the requirements of WCAG 2.1 AA.

Our videos have no subtitles. Should you need a transcript, please get in touch with us. Despite our efforts, some of our PDF documents are not accessible. We are working to provide an adapted version or accessible alternatives promptly. If you need a particular PDF file from us that is not yet available in an accessible form, please do let us know.

## Date and method

We last reviewed and updated this statement on 28.09.2026.

To produce this statement we analysed the pages with two different analysis tools, including a manual test of screen reader usability. The accessibility measures were implemented technically by the [accessibility agency 4eck Media](https://4eck-media.de/). We tested with the Chrome browser.
