## Thermal water ten minutes from the apartment

                            
                                                            
                                    

11,000 square metres of water, sauna and wellness world, fed by six thermal springs. From our apartments it is five kilometres to the Kärntentherme in Warmbad-Villach, so ten minutes by car.

The FUN, FIT and SPA areas are spread over four levels. ## What the thermal spa offers for a day of relaxation

   

The indoor and outdoor thermal pools have underwater massage loungers, and outside a panoramic whirlpool on the open-air terrace keeps you warm even in winter. If you need to move, you swim lengths in the sports pool or let the Crazy River carry you along, a 75 metre long torrent. And for the rest of the day the spa area has treatments from a massage to a beauty treatment.

## Our insider tip
