Our Deluxe Apartment offers around 35 square metres with a separate bedroom, while the Superior Penthouse comes to 66 square metres with two bedrooms and two bathrooms and provides places to sleep for up to six people. So nobody has to wait in the morning. The house stands in a quiet villa district away from the through road. The pedestrian zone is a few minutes’ walk away, the main station around 13. If you arrive by car, you add a space in the in-house garage for 15.00 € per night. Everything is ready in the kitchen, from the ceramic hob through the fridge to the crockery. Breakfast at your own table saves the walk to the breakfast room, and anyone who comes back exhausted at midday quickly cooks something warm. There is plenty within reach for the afternoons: the Affenberg with 180 free-living Japanese macaques, the Adlerarena at Burg Landskron, the Familywald on the Ossiacher See and the Actionbeach Silbersee. The Familywald Ossiacher See brings together a treetop walk, a forest playground and the Fly-Line forest roller coaster, which children can ride from the age of two. Next door is the Kletterwald with 14 courses for the older ones. On hot days the Actionbeach Silbersee is the shortest solution: four kilometres, free admission, two beach volleyball courts and a large lawn for sunbathing. Anyone who wants to drive further will find nine bathing lakes of drinking-water quality in the area. When it rains the programme still stands.
